• Provided excellent coaching, building and developing skills in the team
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience in any Software B2B Sales environment
• A minimum of at least 3 years working for an offshore company in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of sales metrics, prospect management and data segmentation
• Proven track record of achieving budgets and quotas.
• Experience in managing the sales process through a CRM system
• Salesforce and Hubspot experience is highly desirable
• Relevant sales qualifications and courses providing a comprehensive understanding of selling techniques
• Experience in starting a team operations and development of a team structure
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
