Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales pitches and presentations for potential clients
  • Acquire new leads and grow network of hotel and property owners
  • Manage relationship with clients
  • Develop strategies to help team meet or exceed individual/group target
  • Keep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
  • Prepare sales materials such as proposals or contracts
  • Prepare and submit reports regularly

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales or similar position is required
  • Able to manage and lead a team and have leadership skills
  • Willing to relocate in a long period of time and to travel a lot
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable being in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Start-up experience is a plus
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Reward oriented personality
