  • 9% would tell others not to purchase products or services from the company

Another research from Career Builder also reveals that many companies are yet to tweak their process of maximum candidate experience. In the study, it’s stated that 86% of job seekers believe employers should treat candidates with the same respect as current employees.

However, only 49% of job seekers say employers treat candidates with the same level of respect and accountability as current employers. Even companies themselves said that their current process leaves so much to be desired, with only 46% saying their recruitment process was “very good” when it comes to ensuring candidate experience.
